Solutions grow through dialogue.
Listening with giraffe ears.

Patronus stands for modern legal counsel and a strategic approach to conflict resolution.

The focus is not on escalation, but on outcomes — clear, efficient and sustainable.

Pathways to Resolution:

Employment Law

Patronus stands for modern legal counsel in employment law and a consistently solution-oriented approach to conflict resolution.

The legal advice is tailored to companies, executives, works councils and employees facing complex employment law matters — clearly structured and with a consistent focus on efficient outcomes.

The approach goes beyond traditional legal representation: conflicts are viewed not only from a legal perspective, but also through a strategic and human lens. Sustainable solutions emerge where law, negotiation and understanding come together.

Whether dealing with dismissals, agreements, works council matters, internal disputes or structural challenges, support is provided with precision, foresight and the aim of avoiding unnecessary escalation.

About Patronus

Dra. Priscila, lawyer at Patronus Legal in a professional portrait

Patronus was founded by Priscila Luz Barreiros, LL.M. — lawyer, certified mediator and lecturer with a focus on employment law, administrative law and alternative dispute resolution.

After studying law in Frankfurt, completing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and qualifying as a certified mediator, she decided to establish Patronus in order to combine the elements of traditional legal practice with mediation.

The focus lies on clear communication, efficient processes and sustainable solutions — both in legal practice and in the sharing of knowledge.
